Completed Presentation Submission Forms and Session Topic Submission Forms should be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submission forms may also be faxed to 803-777-4972.

Presentation or session descriptions should not exceed 500 words.
Descriptions should be clearly written and organized and concisely state how the proposed presentation addresses the conference goals.
Content: Presentation or session ideas should demonstrate relevance to the conference themes and show how the project or issue is pertinent to the Carolinas. The Program Committee may decline to consider abstracts with other focus.
Format: The purpose of providing different session formats is to engage the audience and create opportunities for interactive learning and networking. Descriptions of the different formats can be found on the Program page. If there is a particular type of presentation format in which you would like to present, please select the appropriate session type on the submission form, otherwise the Program Committee will assign you to the session type that best suits your abstract.
